Short Itinerary of Char Dham Tour from Delhi

Day 1: Delhi to Haridwar
Day 2: Haridwar to Barkot
Day 3: Barkot – Yamunotri – Barkot
Day 4: Barkot – Uttarkashi
Day 5: Uttarkashi – Gangotri – Uttarkashi
Day 6: Uttarkashi to Guptkashi

Day 1  Delhi – Haridwar
Drive 210 km

Meet our driver at Delhi airport /station I hotel I home (Around 8 to 11 Am) and drive to Haridwar. Check into the hotel arrival in Haridwar. Evening visit Mansa Devi Temple & Ganga aarti at Har Ki Pauri. Overnight stay at Haridwar.

Day 2 Haridwar – Barkot
Drive 210 km

Stay Hotel Alt 1352 m Morning meet our representative at your Hotel / Airport I Railway Station. After some basic information starts your journey to Barkot. Later
drive to Barkot. Check into the hotel arrival in Barkot. Overnight stay at Barkot.

Day 3 Barkot – Janakichatti – Yamunotri – Jankichatti – Barkot
Drive 35 km

Trek  2 km Alt 3235 m Early morning after breakfast, drive to Jankichatti / Phoolchatti. Start your trek from here to Yamunotri (6krns) (Either by walk or by horse or by Doli at your own cost). After arrival at Yamunotrieto Yamunotri (6krns) (Either by walk or by horse or by Doli at own cost). After arrival at Yamunotri by Doli at your own cost). After arrival at Yamunotri take bath in the warm waters of Surya Kund (Hot Spring). Enjoy Darshan of”Yamunaji”. Return trek to Jankichatti. Later drive towards Barkot. Overnight stay at Barkot.

Day 4 Barkot – Uttarkashi
Drive 100 km

The morning after breakfast, relax for a while. Later drive to Uttarkashi. Visit Shivgufa on the way to Uttarkashi. In Uttarkashi visit Kashi Vishwanath

Day 5 Uttarkashi – Gangotri – Uttarkashi (100 kms each side)
Drive 200 km

Early morning after breakfast, drive to Gangotri. On the way visit Gangnani Hot Spring. Take a holy dip in Kund. Later drive to Gangotri via beautifulHarsil valley. On arrival at Gangotri, take a holy dip in the sacred river Ganges which is also on the way to visit Gangnani Hot Spring. Take a holy dip in Kund. Later drive to Gangotri via beautifulHarsil valley. On arrival at Gangotri, take a holy dip in the sacred river Ganges which is also a dip in Kund. Later drive to Gangotri via beautiful Harsil Valley. On arrival at Gangotri, take a holy dip in the sacred river Ganges which is also Hasil valley. On arrival at Gangotri, take a holy dip in the sacred river Ganges which is also called Bhagirathi at its origin. Perform Pooja and Darshan, after that relax for some time in the darshan after that relax for some time in the lovely surroundings. Later return drive to Uttarkashi. Overnight stay at Uttarkashi.

Day 6  Uttarkashi – Gangotri – Uttarkashi (100 kms each side)
Drive220 km

The morning after breakfast, drive to Guptkashi. En route, you can see the beautiful river Mandakini at Tilwara. The Mandakini River comes from
Kedarnath, drive alongside the river to reach Guptakashi and visit Ardh Narishwar Temple in Guptakashi. Check into the hotel arrival in
Guptkashi. Overnight stay at Guptkashi.

Day 7 Guptkashi – Kedarnath – Guptkashi
Drive30 km Drive30 km Alt3384 m

The morning after breakfast, today we will go to Kedarnath. To reach Kedarnath you will have two options. One if by trekking and the other is by Air via Helicopter (at your own cost). Overnight stay at Guptkashi.

Important Information: Please Read By Helicopter: Morning our driver will transfer you to your Helipad location (Phata, Guptkashi, Sirsi Helipad location (Phata, Guptkashi, Sirsi, etc) as per helicopter ticket time. Kindly inform the driver timings of the helicopter mentioned on the ticket the previous day. Different aviation has a different location for their helicopter service. Our driver will provide you both pick and drop to the driver will provide you both pick and drop to the hotel to Helipad. On arrival in Kedarnath reach Kedarnath Temple. Visit Kedarnath Temple. After darshan return to the helipad. Take a return flight. Our driver will pick up you from the helipad and take you to your hotel.

By Trek: To reach Kedarnath by trekking route first you have to reach Gaurikund. We will drive to you have to reach Gaurikund. We will drive to Sonprayag early in the morning after breakfast. Our car will drop us at Sonprayag. From Sonprayag 5 km drive to Gaurikund local jeep is available. With this sharing basis jeeps, guests can book directly at their own cost. Gaurikund to Kedarnath is a further 14 km trek. Due to the long trek guests needs to start very early in the morning. Get packed breakfast from the hotel to start early. The horse I Pony I Palakhi is also available for trekking at Gaurikund. Guests are also available for trekking at Gaurikund. Guests can book that at their own cost. Visit Kedarnath Temple. Later trek down to Gaurikund. Take jeep to Sonprayag at your own cost. Our driver will pick up you from Sonprayag and take you to your hotel. There is a big parking issue so the driver will park the vehicle at another place if his contact no. is not vehicle at another place if his contact no. is not working then you have to arrange other taxi or wait for your driver.

Day 8 Guptkashi – Badrinath
Drive 220 km

The morning after breakfast, drive to Badrinath. Check in to the hotel arrival in Badrinath. Pilgrims after having a bath in the Taptkund have the after having a bath in the Taptkund have the Darshan of Badrivishal & Aarti in the evening. Brahamakapal is significant for Pinddan – Shraddh of ancestors (Pitrus). There are other interesting sightseeing spots like Mana, Vyas Gufa, Maatamoorti, Charanpaduka, Bhimkund, and the “Mukh of the Saraswati River”. Just within the three km of Badrinath. Overnight stay at Badrinath.

Day 9 Badrinath – Joshimath – Rudraprayag
Drive 60 km

Morning enjoys the after breakfast, drive for Rudraprayag via Joshimath. Visit on the way Darshan of VishuPrayag, Narsingh Temple in Joshimath, KarnPrayag, and NandPrayag. Check into the hotel arrival in Rudraprayag. Overnight stay at Rudraprayag.

Day 10 Rudraprayag – Rishikesh
Drive 50 km

The morning after breakfast, check out from the hotel. Transfer to Rishikesh. On the way visit Dev Prayag. Check in to the hotel in Rishikesh. Evening visit
Triveni Ghat Ganga Aarti. Overnight stay at Rishikesh.

Day 11 Rishikesh – Delhi
Drive 240 Km

The morning after breakfast, check out from the hotel. Later visit two famous Suspension bridges LaxmanJhula & Ram Jhula along with surrounding Temple-Ashrams in Rishikesh. Drive for Delhi. Drop at Delhi Hotel / Airport/railway station.
